High potency interferon powder
Veterinary interferon (powder) developed by Chainwin Agriculture & Animal Technology is different from interferon injections (liquid) on the market. It is not only a low dose, oral intake and fair-price agent, but can be stored at room temperature with fewer or zero side effects. Liquid interferon injections often require high dosage (million units) to achieve potency; on the contrary, oral powder interferon enhances immunity gene expressions through signal transductions induced by mucosa receptor-ligand conjugation and therefore increases systemic immunity.
Pig feed additives
“iPig Strong”[pam1] , the specific immunity boost formula/technology developed by Chainwin Agriculture & Animal Technology, have been proven to significantly increase economic animal fertility rates. Currently the product is applied to increase immunity of weaning piglets in order to reduce mortality rates. The product is also multi-functional; i.e. it can increase feeding efficiency and decrease the use of antibiotics. Probiotic additives not only reduce the possibility of pathogen infections, but increase transformation potency of the feed and reduce demand on antibiotics. The complex formula composed of probiotics plus immunity improvement ingredients may become ready-mixed materials of pig feed.
Intelligent farming management system
The intelligent farming management system developed by Chainwin Agriculture & Animal Technology (Cayman Islands) Ltd. is modern information technology composed of IoT, cloud computing, mobile internet, intelligent control, smart decision-making and precision agriculture. A pig farming and information service platform based on the above technologies can supervise or follow-up in real-time the life-cycle of pig farming through smart control, precision feeding and remote disease visualization, diagnosis and monitoring.
By applying electronic ear tags on individual new-born piglets (<=3 days), the system identifies individual piglets and records/collects physiological data such as body temperature, pulse or habits. In addition, the intelligent tag sensor will also implement real-time farming through detecting environmental data of the pigsty (e.g. air temperature, humidity, CO2, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide) or by taking videos or pictures of the surrounding area. By 2019, we plan to apply this module (including a smart environmental information collecting system, environment auto-control system, sow estrus cycle monitoring system as well as intelligent farming management platform) to 500,000 sows.
