Automated Control Systems
Automated Control Systems
Chainwin Agriculture & Animal Technology adopts an intelligent, environmentally controlled barn design with automated environment and temperature regulating features. Not only that, all sows are managed digitally with electronic ear tags that operate in conjunction with our automated feeding system. These features not only reduce the demand for manpower and herd diseases but also improve cultivation efficiency.
Optimized Three-Point
Feeding Management Model
Feeding Management Model
By applying early-weaning technologies, we are able to eradicate the potential impact of specific pathogens found in sows on their piglets. Together with advanced bio-security isolation, the herds are handled with all-in, all-out process. The separation of farrowing area and nursery area defines our “Optimized Three-Point Feeding Management System”, with 4,800 sows and annual delivery of 100,000 pigs paired as a unit of production. All designs and layout of the system are compliant with pertinent disease prevention and environmental control requirements.

Preventive Medicine
Preventive Medicine
Pursuant to the stipulations prescribed in the Act for the Development of Biotech and New Pharmaceutical Industry, Chainwin Agriculture & Animal Technology became the first company in Taiwan to receive a license to operate as a new pharmaceutical company for animal drugs in February 2009. Backed by the group’s capabilities in gene and therapeutic protein development and our collaboration with global leading manufacturers of ABI & HBL oral low-dosage interferon, the company has been actively involved in conducting numerous domestic field experiments on different species for multiple indications in attempt to create new products that would be applicable for different domains.
The powder-type interferons we have currently developed for animal differ from the conventional liquid injection interferons that are available in the market. Our products are characterized by their low-dosage, oral ingestion, reasonable pricing and other advantages of room-temperature storage, limited or zero side effects. Not only that they operate differently from their liquid counterparts that would require high dosage (in million unit) to eradicate diseases. In contrast, orally ingested, powder-type interferon operates through assimilation via the mucous membrane to achieve signal transduction, which will boost the performance of immunogens and facilitate comprehensive immunization.
In short, the animal care products that we develop emphasize heavily on their preventive properties and are suited for ordinary livestock. With animal welfare receiving growing attention today, our products will help livestock farms to increase their profits while improving the health of their animals. Chainwin Agriculture & Animal Technology aspires to become a global enterprise from Asia with the capabilities to develop new therapeutic proteins for animals for new indications.
